

Mukta Dhavalikar is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), with over 8 years of clinical experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Fergusson College, Pune, and an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi.
She is a third-wave psychotherapy practitioner, with a focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), integrating evidence-based approaches that emphasize psychological flexibility, values-based living, and mindful awareness.
Mukta has been in active clinical practice since 2018, working across diverse settings and client groups. In addition to her association with Ziloy, she runs a private practice in Goa, offering evidence-based psychological services.
She is also a guest faculty at Pallium India, contributing to interdisciplinary training and capacity building. Mukta is the co founder of Aangan, a parenting community focused on bringing grounded, research-backed perspectives to modern parenting.
Her work is rooted in creating safe, reflective spaces for individuals.
