1. Description of Services

ZILOY provides technology-enabled access to tele-health services including mental health consultations, psychotherapy, counselling, wellness programs.

 

2. Emergency Disclaimer (UAE)

ZILOY Services are not for emergencies. In case of emergency in the UAE, call 999 (Police) or 998 (Ambulance), or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

 

3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship with ZILOY

ZILOY operates as a technology platform and does not provide medical services. Any medical relationship exists solely between the user and the licensed Provider.

 

4. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data is processed in compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). By using the Platform, you consent to lawful collection and processing of your data.

 

5. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable under UAE law. Minors may access services only with parental or guardian consent where permitted.

 

6. Payments & VAT

All fees are charged in AED unless otherwise stated and may include 5% UAE VAT where applicable.

 

7. Insurance

ZILOY Services are not insurance products. Insurance coverage, if applicable, is governed by your insurer.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by local law, ZILOY’s total liability shall not exceed AED 2,000 or the fees paid in the preceding three months, whichever is lower.

 

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

 

10. Prescription Compliance

Prescriptions, when issued, are solely at the discretion of licensed healthcare professionals and fulfilled through licensed local pharmacies in compliance with local regulations.
